Building Today’s

Youth to Become

Future Champions

At First Serve Miami, It’s All About the Kids!

Our Programs

First Serve Miami Programs are designed to help build our youth to become future

champions in education, athletics, work and life.

In-School

First Serve Miami’s In-School program establishes a collaboration between First Serve Miami and other organizations such as, public schools, private schools and charter schools.

Adopt A Player

Starting in 2008, has given economically and socially challenged highly competitive children the opportunity to compete locally and nationally with the goal of using their talent and academics to attend college.

After School

The After School program exposes and teaches the youth of Miami-Dade the game of tennis along with life skills and academic readiness at community parks.

Our Mission:

To develop, organize, and conduct life skills and academic development programs with tennis to underserved youth from Miami-Dade communities.

50,000

youngsters have had the opportunity to learn tennis and valuable life skills by participating in free, affordable First Serve Miami programs.

What our Students have to say…

“First Serve has helped me because I can go to tournaments, they give me cloth, rackets and help me with school to get my grades up so I can get a scholarship.”

Khalia Horta, 11 years old

“The Adopt-A-Player program has offered me the opportunity to reach my goals not only on the court, but also off the court. Thanks to Adopt-A-Player, my dreams have become a reality. Tennis is my passion and I really don’t believe that any of this would be possible without the help of the program.”
